• This prize draw is promoted by Walker Books Ltd., a company incorporated in England under registered number 1378601 and having its registered office at 87 Vauxhall Walk, London, SE11 5HJ (the "Promoter") and is not open to employees of the Promoter or their families.
• Entries for this prize draw containing invalid e-mail addresses will be automatically disqualified.
• The holiday prize is for two adults and two children under 12 years old*, spending a 14-night stay in South Australia and Tasmania with return economy flights from London Heathrow with Qantas Airways. Restrictions apply; any additional expenses are the responsibility of the prize-winner. Child age restrictions apply to some of the day tours and will be substituted with alternatives where appropriate. *Please note: airlines consider a child to be aged 12 years and under, with adult tickets covering passengers aged 13 years +.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may cause the winner to change or cancel their booking.
• The Prize is available for departures ex UK between 16/01/11 - 30/11/11 excluding dates not permitted*.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
• *Departures ex UK are not permitted between: 01 July 2011 and 10 August 2011.
• The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same flights on all sectors.
• Prize is subject to availability and Qantas Holidays booking conditions.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of Qantas Holidays and associated companies or agents
• Travel insurance must be purchased prior to departure. The winner is responsible for all necessary documents including valid passports and visas.
• The prize must be taken as stated and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter and Qantas Holidays accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, spending money, cost of travel to the UK point of departure, cost of transfers, meals and other living expenses and insurance.
• The Promoter and Qantas Holidays accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner or their guest due to entering the draw or accepting the prize.
• The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• To be eligible to win the prize you must be resident in the UK or the Republic of Ireland and have provided all the information requested.
• Only one entry may be made per e-mail address.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
• The winner will be the first entry selected at random from all complete, eligible and valid entries received and will be notified within 30 days of the closing date.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, damaged, illegible or corrupted in transit.
• The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification by the Promoter otherwise they will forfeit their prize.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which may be amended at any time by the Promoter or Qantas Holidays.
• The rules of this prize draw shall be governed by UK law.
