Appears in the Stormbreaker mission.

Summary:
Tall and thin, with ginger hair and a pale face - almost white. He has two horrendous scars, one on each side of his mouth, twisting up to his ears. The scars are a gruesome shade of mauve, and he also has smaller, fainter scars where the cheeks been stitched. He has no tongue and can't speak (other than nonsense).

He used to work in a circus knife throwing. He would catch the spinning knife between his teeth, but one night his mother waved at him from the audience, and his timing was messed up.
