Nile and Alex are one hundred metres up in the air in a hot-air balloon. Alex uses the samurai sword thrown by Nile to slash through one of rubber pipes feeding the burner. The severed pipe coils about and propane in liquid form still pumps through. As the severed end whips past the burner, it ignites, becoming a huge ball of flame. The pipe twists back again and sets Nile on fire. Screaming, he is blown into the air, falling to his death.
