When Alex manages to use the zit cream to burn through the metal holding glass of the Portuguese man-o'-war's tank, the water, Alex and the jellyfish pour out onto the floor. Alex is able to escape the deadly tentacles of the man-o'-war, but Nadia Vole not so fortunate. Trapped under the broken glass of the tank, Vole is engulfed in the jellyfish, and stung to death.
