Eagle Strike is the code name for Damian Cray's plan to hijack Air Force One at Heathrow and launch twenty-five US nuclear missiles at drug-producing areas and drugs markets around the world. Cray believes that this is the only way to rid the world of the drug problem.

The name `Eagle Strike' comes from the symbol of Air Force One: an eagle clutching a shield.
